Getting started
Welcome to our Senior Phase / Foundation Apprenticeship Portal
You will be able to make individal and bulk applications for courses, as well as access information on pupil attendance, course achievement and progress information.
Please note: the information you have access to, will depend on what your school has requested, and the rights that have been assigned by the college. If you think that you should have different access permissions please let us know.
If you can access the 'Applications' tab at the top of the page, you will be able to make individual applications for pupils. You will also be able to do a bulk upload of applications by downloading the excel spreadsheet and then uploading back into the portal. Doing this will populate the relevant applications fields (just like magic!) You also have the facility to see the status of every application that your pupils have made - even if a young person makes the application using the website you will still be able to see it.
If you can navigate to 'Courses' at the top of the page, you will have access to pupil registers, along with progress and achievement. You are able to download these into an excel spreadsheet for your information.
